Celebrating the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination

In celebration of the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, our school’s Amarillo Campus marked International Day on March 21st. This event offered a wonderful opportunity for students to proudly present their cultural heritage to their peers. Both students and staff wholeheartedly embraced the rich multiculturalism that defines us as Canadians.

As part of the festivities, students wore traditional attire, and parents provided dishes representing their ethnic backgrounds or countries of origin. It was truly heartwarming to see everyone proudly dressed in their cultural attire, celebrating and embracing their own heritage as well as that of their classmates.
