In June 2024, the grade 6 students of Town Centre Private Schools embarked on an unforgettable adventure at Muskoka Woods. Celebrating a successful academic year, the students immersed themselves in the serene surroundings of Lake Rosseau in Ontario, where Muskoka Woods provided an exceptional facility aimed at nurturing leadership, teamwork, and a passion for outdoor activities.

During their stay, students had access to Muskoka Woods’ open-concept leadership studio and a wide array of activities designed to promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and collaborative spirit. Led by experienced camp counselors, the students enthusiastically participated in activities such as archery, low zipline, low ropes, high ropes, indoor rock climbing, nature hikes, team building games, pickle ball/tennis, and evenings spent around the campfire.

The trip provided a perfect opportunity for students to explore new interests, develop skills, and deepen their appreciation for nature and outdoor adventure in a safe and supportive environment. Muskoka Woods proved to be a wonderful experience, blending fun and educational activities while fostering friendships and creating lasting memories against the backdrop of Ontario’s natural beauty.
