On Wednesday, March 6th, the TED Talks Contest class finalists presented their speeches to an audience including the grades 5 to 8 students, parents, teachers and a panel of judges. The students delivered outstanding speeches making the judging extremely difficult.
Congratulations to the grade 5 champion Sahil Z. with his speech “Fashion and the World” and to the grade 7 champion Anika T. who spoke about “A Teenager…and a Drug Trafficker”. Each received a certificate for their accomplishment and will also be recognized at the Academic Awards in June.
Congratulations to all who participated for a truly outstanding job!
