On Tuesday, November 5, TCPS high school students had an exciting day filled with interactive learning! Professor Pretti from The University of Waterloo led hands-on, problem-solving workshops that captivated the entire student body.
Grade 9 and 10 students dove into the world of Computational Thinking, exploring how to break down complex problems and think like computer scientists. Meanwhile, Grade 11 and 12 students tackled Algorithmic Problem-Solving, honing their skills in creating efficient solutions to challenging problems.
These workshops were not just educational but also a thrilling enhancement to the school program. Students left with new insights and a deeper appreciation for the power of computational and algorithmic thinking. It was a day of discovery, learning, and inspiration!
